CommonHealth enables you to store your personal health data from connected labs and health systems and share it with the health services, apps, and organizations you trust. With CommonHealth, all records are encrypted and stored securely on your device to maintain data privacy.

CommonHealth is connected to nearly 400 data sources (including Mayo Clinic, Cleveland Clinic, and New York-Presbyterian). Once your provider is connected to CommonHealth, you can choose to share your health records and data with apps and services vetted by CommonHealth for security and trustworthiness.

Now, CommonHealth also supports SMART Health Cards from Walmart, Sam’s Club, California, and Louisiana! More vaccination providers will be added soon.
