Pros

Maverik Rewards app lets members earn points on fuel and in-store purchases and redeem them for fuel discounts, free items, and savings. The app makes it easy to track points and redemption options in real time, helping frequent customers maximize value and lower everyday fuel and convenience-store costs.

Members receive exclusive offers, targeted coupons, and time-limited promotions through the Maverik Rewards app. Personalized deals based on purchase history and location help you save on favorite items, while digital coupons and surprise rewards make it simple to get extra value every visit without clipping paper coupons or scanning separate loyalty cards.

Built-in tools like mobile payment, a store locator, and digital receipts streamline purchases at Maverik locations. The app speeds checkout with Maverik Pay, helps you find nearby stations or amenities, and keeps purchase history handy—making it a convenient, all-in-one solution for managing loyalty, payments, and on-the-go savings.

Cons

Maverik Rewards is limited to Maverik locations, so its value drops for drivers who don’t regularly visit the chain. The station footprint is concentrated in the western U.S., meaning fewer opportunities to earn and redeem points for people who live or travel outside those areas.

Earning and redemption can feel restrictive and slow compared with larger loyalty programs. Reward options are mainly discounts on fuel and in-store purchases, so it can take many visits to accumulate meaningful savings. If you prefer flexible redemptions like broad gift cards or partner brands, this program may underdeliver.

Some users report intermittent app stability and account/login glitches that interfere with tracking points or applying offers. Push notifications and targeted deals can be inconsistent, reducing perceived value. The app also requires location and permission access, which may concern users who prioritize minimal data sharing.
